Q1. Can you customize for clients?
Yes, we can customize as your need, we have R&D department, our designers can make design for you and our technicians make prototype.
Q2. Can buyer get samples before formal order, how long time is it?
Yes,samples will be prepared if required, and the lead time is about 3-10 days depending on products designs.
Q3. Can we visit your factory before place the order?
Sure, we warmly welcome your arrival, Before you take off from your country, please let us know. We will show you the way and arrange time to pick you up if possible.
Q4. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season. we suggest that starting inquiry two months in advance , so that you can get products without delay.
Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q6. Where is the loading port?
A:Generally the loading port is Shenzhen Yantian port,as it is close to our factory.

What Do We Do

What Do We Have
Currently, our factory employs a total of 60 people across 8000 square meters. We have invested in 8 production lines:
1. Raw material processing (laser cutting, stamping, deep drawing, punching, bending);
2. Assembling (assemble, welding, polishing);
3. Packing (inspection, testing, final packing, shipping).
Our ethanol fireplaces are EN16647 certified and have CE and REACH certificates.
